The clubhouse and covered patio area may be rented out by residents. In order to check date availability please contact Taylor at or call 561-743-3502. 

- A clubhouse rental application must be completed and returned to the HOA with the proper usage fee and security deposit (Please make checks out separately to North Passage HOA). The security deposit will be held in the office until the event is over. Once it has been determined that no damage has been done to the clubhouse, the deposit will be returned. 

                    - Clubhouse usage fee $150 & refundable security deposit of $300.

                    - Patio usage fee $25 & refundable security deposit of $25.

- The clubhouse checklist and all clubhouse rules must be followed, or you may forfeit the security deposit. 

- The pool may NOT be used in conjunction with the clubhouse and no bathing suits are allowed in the clubhouse. 

- You must bring your approval letter to the guardhouse in order to pick up the key. 

- A guest list must be provided to the guardhouse in order for your guests to be granted entry.
