OVERVIEW OF FACILITY RULES & REGULATIONS
General Community Rules:
1. No overnight parking on streets or grass. Violators will be towed at owner's expense.
2. Overnight parking at the clubhouse is allowed under certain circumstances for a period of 48 hours. Please first obtain approval from the management company.
3. Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, trailers and campers are not permitted anywhere on the property, except in garages or estate home docks.
4. No garage sales permitted.
5. Speed limit within North Passage is 20mph.
6. Animals must be leashed at all times within North Passage HOA.
7. Owners are required to pick up after their pet. DISGARD ANIMAL WASTE AT YOUR OWN HOME.
8. All sales and leases require completion of a confidential information sheet, a $150.00 processing fee, and an orientation interview.
9. No rentals are permitted within the first year of ownership. All leases must be a minimum of 3 months.
10. Trash cans must be brought back after pick up and stored out of sight from the road.
Swimming pool & spa, Tennis Court, Tot Lot & Clubhouse
1. The pool/spa hours are 7 a.m. until dusk.
2.Shower before entering pool or spa.
3. Swimsuits required. Children in diapers must use tight fitting rubber pants in pool area.
4. Children under 12 must be with an adult member of household in pool area. Adult is defined at 18 years or older.
5. Children under 12 are not permitted in the spa.
6. No running, ball playing, skates, skateboards, roller blades, bikes, or electric cars on pool deck.
7. Diving, jumping, shoving, dunking and rafts are prohibited in the pool.
8. No animals allowed in pool area.
9. No glass containers allowed in pool area
10. Practice healthy habits when using pool (no open sores).
11. Close umbrella and return chairs to tables, etc. when leaving pool area.
12. No wet bathing suits in Clubhouse or Exercise Room.
13. Children under 12 may not use the Clubhouse or exercise equipment without immediate adult supervision.
14. No animals, bikes, skateboards, etc. allowed in Clubhouse or on tennis courts.
15. Swimmers and tennis players must use outside restroom entrances.
16. The tot lot is reserved for children under 12 years of age and children must be under immediate adult supervision.
17. Everyone must clean up; turn off lights, close windows and lock doors after using Clubhouse, Exercise Room or restrooms.
18. Tennis court time limits must be observed when residents are waiting, singles- one hour; doubles-two hours.
