All requests to repaint the exterior with a different color(s) shall be processed through the ACC Application procedure. A 3’ x 5’ sample of the requested color(s) shall be painted on the house on a non-frontal wall prior to consideration of the application by the ACC.
ZERO LOTS & ESTATES
A. White, soft pastels or pale earth tones are required. Prohibited exterior colors, including trim, are dark or overly bright spectrum primary colors, black and combinations of them.
B. No two homes next to each other (that is side by side) may have a sharp color contrast or have the same color scheme with each other, as determined by the ACC.
TOWNHOMES
A. Color changes must be determined on a building-by-building basis, with no sharp color contrasts as determined by the ACC.
