In order for guests to enter the community they must be called into the guard gate ahead of time. There are a few ways that owners can accomplish this.
- Gate Access: Offers owners, not only the ability to update their guest list, the ability to update their contact information and access a resident directory. If you are a new owner, misplaced your login credentials or have never used this site before, please contact Steve at steve@harborfla.com or 561-743-3502 for help.
- Calling the gate directly: The gate is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calling 561-575-5869 will put you through directly to the guard on duty.
- Call Authorization: The automated lines gives residents the ability to call a guest in for a certain day in the future. If you do not know your personal security code or need help please contact the HOA office.
If you have any issues please do not hesitate to reach out to the HOA. The onsite office can be reached at 561-743-3502 and that line transfers directly to Harbor Management when no one is in the office.
